Shipping and Delivery
At Sleep Major we put a lot of attention and effort into getting your order to you FAST! We have many years experience sending our much loved products all over the world. In most case we deliver to anywhere in the world within about 4 days from order. That's FAST! We have a dedicated shipping team handling all domestic and international orders in partnership with our expert shipping partners, Australia Post and DHL Express International Couriers. We even get fan e-mail about our shipping! We take it very seriously.
Shipping Australia Wide
Depending on where in Australia you are, your order may take up to 7 working days to arrive but in our experience most orders arrive within 1 to 3 days of dispatch. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please email us and we'll find out the reason for the delay.
We ask that you choose a delivery point where someone will be available to sign for your order as this may be required. If no one is available at the time of delivery, don't worry, a note will be left at the delivery point with local collection instructions for your order. We use Australia Post, Couriers Please and a select group of quality domestic courier services for Australian deliveries.
International DHL Express Courier
International shoppers can now select International Flat Rate for the new discounted rate of only AUD$9.50 per destination! This super price offers amazing value for this world class international courier service by DHL Express.
DHL Express International is a fully trackable, express courier service with typical international transit times of between 3 to 5 days from dispatch in Australia to most parts of the world. DHL Express is our preferred and recommended international delivery service.
When selecting International Flat Rate we ask that you choose a delivery point where someone will be available to sign for your order as this may be required. If no one is available at the time of delivery, don't worry, a note will be left at the delivery point with local collection instructions for your order.
Unfortunately we are not able to delivery to international PO Boxes with DHL Express at this time. If you need to send to an International PO Box, please contact us via email and we can arrange this independently for you with one of our other international shipping partners.

Important information regarding Customs, Taxes and Duties for international orders.
Some international orders can incur taxes and duties payable on delivery, as determined by the Customs agency within the destination country. If charges are deemed payable by Customs, they must be paid by the receiver of the goods before they are released for local delivery. At Sleep Major we have no control over these charges and unfortunately cannot even estimate if any charges will be payable to Customs when the goods arrive.
