Returns and Exchanges


From time to time you may purchase a product that you thought was perfect when you chose it but on arrival it just doesn't suit you. Or maybe it doesn't fit how you'd like it to. It happens to us too. 

At Sleep Major our attitude to Returns & Exchanges is very open and very positive. We want you to be 100% happy with both your purchase and your shopping expereince with us. Therefore we genuinely want you to contact us if something is not right. It would be terrible for us if there was a customer out there not happy with something and we didn't know about it and couldn't help rectify it!

So many of our customers are online these days and we apprecaite the trust you are placeing in us when ordering. And so we return your trust in us with our trust in you. At Sleep Major you can always return or exchange anything you purchase from us online, for any reason, within 30 days from purchase. Please email us with your return request so we can arrange to have the goods returned to us and your payment credited.

As you will understand all returned items need to be in original, unused condition. Naturally we cannot allow returns on worn, damaged or otherwise non saleable products. Of course if there is a fault with the product then we will always accept the return.  To make returns easiest we recommend that you take care to pack up your return carefully and securely. Please make sure the packaging is sturdy as we can't be responsible if returned items are damaged in transit.

 

Australian Customers

For Australian customers we will arrange for a courier to collect returns from your home or office and be brought back to us at our cost. Please contact us with the details of your order and what you would like to change or return.

 

International Customers

For International customers we will provide a return authorisation number and address details for you to post your returns to us. On receipt of your return we will credit your original payment, including delivery PLUS an additional AUD $5.00 for your International Postage costs.
