Immune System and Sleep


There are one very simple principle to understand when it comes to your immune system and sleep.

Our immune system repairs and rebuilds while we sleep. We don't really have to get into the details of which cells and what processes are at play...the top line is plenty enough information for 99% of the population.


If you want a strong and healthy immune system then make sure you are getting good sleep regularly.

 

Think of it like a nightly service for your system. No regualr service and your system will start to fail. And what does it mean for your health when your immune system is weak or starts to fail? Let's just say it is not good so don't go there!
